Key Responsibilities:

Personalized Instruction: Assess each student's unique needs and create an engaging, supportive, and inspiring learning environment tailored to their individual learning styles.
Assessment & Feedback: Prepare, deliver, and evaluate students' work, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the classroom teacher and lead educator to ensure seamless educational support for all students.
Parent Engagement: Regularly update parents on their child's progress, offering guidance and recommendations for enhancing their learning at home.
Use of Technology: Utilize special tools and resources to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences, ensuring students are motivated and excited to learn.

Job Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Special Education (Master's degree preferred).
Current state certification in Special Education, or eligibility to obtain certification.
A minimum of two years of teaching experience, with virtual teaching experience preferred.
