Job Description: SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to cover maternity leave. This role will be responsible for the delivery of the Kronos (Time and Absence system), known internally as myTime, for the US & Canada regions. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders across different levels and organization matrixes to ensure a smooth user experience and the successful implementation and adoption of the system

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the change management efforts for the myTime project, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Develop and execute change management plans, including communication, training, feedback assessments and support strategies.
Collaborate with project teams, HR, and other stakeholders to identify and address change impacts.
Monitor and report on change management progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the myTime system.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in change management, preferably within HR or IT projects. 3+ years.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Ability to be proactive, pivot when needed and seek out solutions
Microsoft Office experience
Experience with Kronos or similar time and absence systems is a plus.
Experience in change management delivery & HR programs
Solutioning mindset & positive attitude

Contractor only, not converting to FTE.
Hours M-F typically 9-5. EST hours preferred.
2 rounds of interview over Teams.
