Flexpak, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Equipment Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art equipment. Your expertise will be relied upon to diagnose and repair equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and optimize equipment performance. Paid Time Off (PTO): Flexpak offers a PTO program to eligible employees, starting after their initial 90 days of service. PTO accrual is based on length of service, with employees earning between 32 and 112 hours annually, depending on tenure. PTO can be used for personal time, illness, or emergencies, and scheduling is subject to supervisory approval. Colorado employees are entitled to payout for unused, accrued PTO upon termination, as required by state law. Additionally, Flexpak complies with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act, providing paid leave for health and safety needs.
Compensation and Benefits: Benefits: Flexpak is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week. Our offerings include medical, dental, and voluntary vision insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA), life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance, as well as voluntary life and accident insurance. Employees are eligible for benefits starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Additional perks include employer contributions to the HSA and access to a robust retirement plan. Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and service equipment and tooling. Problem solve using manuals and manufacturers' resources
• Communicate with the sales team and business partners on the outcomes of each visit
• Sources and orders replacement parts for equipment
• Maintains inventory of parts and tools
• Maintains a safe and organized workshop
• Provide basic operating training to customers

• Knowledge of a broad range of equipment maintenance and repair
• Readily takes action on challenges and displays initiative
• Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical technician experience or equivalent experience
• Physical abilities to perform the essential job functions: climbing, crawling, crouching, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, standing, stooping, visual acuity, and walking
• Driver’s License
