Job Description

Summary:
Nike is seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join the Supply Chain Security team. This role will lead theft response processes, manage incident data, and collaborate with global teams to mitigate product loss and drive process improvements. A strong communicator with data analysis skills and case management experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track theft incidents throughout the supply chain

  • Coordinate theft response and communicate case updates to stakeholders

  • Maintain the case management system and manage the security inbox

  • Lead post-incident analysis and deliver executive updates

  • Collaborate globally with Resilience, Investigations, Legal, and Supply Chain teams

  • Identify trends and recommend preventive measures based on data analysis

  • Develop reporting processes with carriers and for exception-based shortages

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in theft management and incident reporting

  • Experience leading teams across multiple time zones

  • Proficiency in case management systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM)

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present trend-based insights

  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage senior leadership

  • Skilled in research tools, social media platforms, and communication technologies

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Passion for the Nike brand; knowledge of sports culture or apparel/footwear industry is a plus
