Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and use cleaning solutions for various tasks, including trash removal, window cleaning, furniture polishing, and restroom maintenance.
• Monitor building security and safety (e.g., lock doors, report hazards).
• Notify supervisors of major repairs, supply needs, or equipment issues.
• Maintain floors using methods such as mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, and polishing.
• Perform occasional non-routine maintenance tasks like stripping and sealing floors.
• Support team schedules to cover absences and complete special projects.
• Adhere to all company and contract safety policies and procedures.
• Build trust and strong client relationships by delivering top-notch customer service.

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of janitorial experience in a community or commercial setting.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Dependable, honest, hardworking, and punctual.
• Fast-paced work ethic with pride in a job well done.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

Shift Availability:

• Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 5 PM-9 PM (some weekend work required).
