Compensation Overview
The hourly salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual hourly rate for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

The goal of the Marketing & Communications Intern Program is to attract and develop self-motivated individuals who are interested in the field of Marketing & Communications. As interns, you will be exposed to a challenging work experience with planned activities giving you insight into business and the many career options that lie ahead for you. With many company-wide and community outreach events, you will have the opportunity to interact and network with many levels of leadership and management.What Will You Do?
The EIM Content Management & SEO intern's primary focus will be assisting with optimizing our public websites for user experience and search engine visibility. There will be opportunities to participate in various web strategy and SEO functions with a focus on assisting with site audits, competitor analysis, content updates, and keyword research and tracking.
