Civil Litigation Attorney / Personal Injury

Current admission to practice in California is ***REQUIRED***

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to personal injury, habitability, torts such as negligence, legal malpractice, and breach of contract. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at legal research, writing, and negotiation, with the ability to advocate for our clients effectively and zealously at every stage of litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated in court. 
• This will include all stages of litigation, from intake, discovery, law and motion, through trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice throughout the litigation process.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations that may impact ongoing cases or client interests.
• Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Current admission to practice in California ***REQUIRED***. 
• Admission to practice in Nevada is a plus.
• 3 years of minimum experience in Plaintiff’s work or a similar field.
• Have superior oral and written communication skills
• Possesses excellent research skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:

• This is a full-time, at-will position. 
• We provide a competitive compensation package. 
• Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is subject to review with Darren Michael Richie.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Choose your own hours

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Beverly Hills, CA 90210
