Job Description

We are hiring: Visual Marketing Representative

We are looking for a Visual Marketing Representative to visit independent pharmacies across the island, ensuring that products are properly displayed, correctly priced, placed in the right location, with active promotions, and in the required quantities. This person will play a key role in strengthening relationships with pharmacy owners and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities
Ensure the execution of the 5Ps of marketing in each pharmacy:
Product: Verify that the mandatory product assortment is available.
Price: Ensure prices are accurate and competitive.
Place: Confirm that products are displayed in strategic sales points.
Promotion: Implement promotions and marketing campaigns according to the marketing plan.
Presentation: Negotiate shelf space and improve product visibility.
Coordinate the installation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
Monitor inventory and identify restocking opportunities.
Collaborate with pharmacy owners, buyers, and merchandisers to ensure proper in-store execution.
Visit pharmacies across the island to guarantee correct implementation of strategies in different regions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or retail.
Bilingual (Spanish & English).
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Availability to travel island-wide.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable working in the field, visiting customers daily.
