Job Description

Job title: Total Rewards Analyst Lead

Location: Taylor, TX 76574
Contract Duration: 24 months (Possibility of Extension)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in compensation management, with at least 8 years of experience designing and administering Total Rewards programs, including market analysis, executive compensation, and incentive plans. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with the Client's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement compensation policies and programs that support business objectives.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market research to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, job grades, and pay ranges.
  • Evaluate new and existing roles to ensure internal equity and consistency across the organization.
  • Assess and improve variable pay and incentive programs to drive organizational and individual performance.
  • Advise management, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition on compensation matters, including job evaluations, salary adjustments, promotions, and job offers.
  • Support the administration and communication of the annual merit planning process and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HRIS to publish Total Rewards information to enhance employees' understanding of the full value of their employment.
  • Prepare and present compensation analysis and reports to senior leadership.
  • Educate managers and employees on compensation-related processes and programs.
  • Ensure all compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation management.
  • Proven experience in designing and administering compensation programs, including executive compensation and incentive programs.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and Total Rewards programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar professional designation.
  • Experience with Workday software.
  • Familiarity with Board of Directors compensation.
  • Prior experience in a corporate or similar industry environment.
