Schulte Subaru is currently looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join our motivated team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and process tax and title paperwork
• Maintain quality customer service by following proper procedures and resolving issues with title paperwork
• Audit incoming title paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain records of transactions completed
• Answer or refer inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure work area remains tidy and organized

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Quality writing and grammar skills
• Organization skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development
