Position Overview:

The Sales Trainer for Tax Relief Sales Agents will be responsible for implementing our effective training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of our agents. Your expertise in IRS Fresh Start Programs, the TI Process, and proven sales track record will be crucial in ensuring our team is well-equipped to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Training Programs: Expertly deliver our step-by-step training content focused on IRS Fresh Start Programs, the TI Process, The Resolution process, and effective sales techniques. Ensure agents have a comprehensive understanding of tax relief solutions and processes.
  • Sales Training and Coaching: Utilize your proven sales experience to coach agents on best practices, sales strategies, and techniques to boost performance and close rates. 
  • CRM Training: Provide in-depth training on Logics CRM, including its functionalities, best practices for client management, and how to leverage CRM tools to optimize sales efforts and client interactions.
  • Evaluate and Enhance Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, feedback, and assessments. Continuously refine and improve training methods based on results.
  • Conduct Workshops and Seminars: Organize and lead workshops and seminars to address specific training needs, enhance sales skills, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with changes in IRS Fresh Start Programs, the TI Process, and advancements in CRM technology to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to agents, helping them overcome challenges and apply training concepts in their daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong background in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Minimum 1 year experience in Tax Relief Sales.
  • Expert Knowledge of IRS Fresh Start Programs: In-depth understanding of IRS Fresh Start Programs and other tax relief solutions.
  • Proficiency in the TI Process: Knowledge of the TI Process and its application in tax relief scenarios.
  • Experience with Logics CRM: Hands-on experience with Logics CRM, including its features and best practices for maximizing its use.
  • Training Experience: Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs, ideally in a tax relief or financial services setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an engaging and understandable way.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze training needs, measure program effectiveness, and adapt approaches based on performance data and feedback.
