Coria Estates is a Mexican-owned winery in the south hills of Salem, Oregon. We are a small, boutique producer with a focus on producing Burgundian wines, including Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Rosé of Pinot noir, and Chardonnay. We have roughly 104 acres under vine and have been producing fruit in the Willamette Valley for over 20 years. Situated on the top of a high elevation site our winery offers panoramic, 360-degree views of the surrounding mountain ranges.

The Coria Estates label has been producing wine since 2013 and is proud to have the entire family involved in the process. Our business and team are growing and we are looking for great folks to grow with us. If you have ever been curious about all that goes into making hand crafted wine, this is the opportunity for you. Everything we do here is very hands on and there are lots of areas to develop specific skill sets.

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to work a part-time position as a sales associate in our winery's tasting room. These individuals will be outgoing and professional in demeanor, and have a service-oriented heart. A background in customer service and hospitality is preferred, with wine industry experience a plus. The schedule will predominantly be weekends depending on the individual and their availability. Individuals interested in joining our team should have a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to handle various group dynamics and tasks. Our goal is to provide customers with the feeling of “stepping into our living room” and have them leave with an overall positive experience. Job Details:
Greet customers upon arrival, and oversee their visit from beginning to end.
Organize and keep track of reservations for the day using Tock, our reservation platform.
Provide phone and email support and direct inquiries to the proper departments.
Work with our sales team to maintain a clean and orderly tasting room, patio, and facilities by bussing tables during peak times.
Assist guests with closing their tabs and purchasing wine to go.
Educate guests about the Coria brand and the wine club programs.

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Previous serving experience in the hospitality industry -OR- relevant customer service experience.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to be a team player.
Must be friendly and outgoing with a passion to learn about the wine industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and troubleshoot difficult interactions.
Acute attention to detail.
Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Be comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Must have a valid Oregon drivers license.
OLCC and Food Handler's permits.

Job Start Date: Immediately
Rate of Pay: $17.00-20.00 + tips (DOE)
Schedule: Part-time, weekends included
