ISO Tank Export Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the export process for ISO tank shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Arrange bookings with carriers and freight forwarders, securing optimal transit solutions for liquid cargo.
• Prepare and review all necessary export documentation, including Bills of Lading, certificates, and hazardous material declarations.
• Ensure strict compliance with global and local regulations, including IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, depots, and cleaning stations.
• Monitor the movement of ISO tanks throughout the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate tank cleaning, maintenance, and readiness with depots.
• Address challenges such as delays, equipment shortages, and weather-related disruptions with creative solutions.
• Implement contingency plans to minimize impact on delivery schedules.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in export coordination, with specific knowledge of ISO tank logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with hazardous and non-hazardous liquid cargo handling.
• Proficiency in freight management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of international trade regulations, customs documentation, and IMDG standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
