What You Will Be Doing

  • High-Volume Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Electrical trades, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring skilled candidates.
  • Bilingual Communication: Conduct interviews and communicate fluently in Spanish and English to ensure a smooth recruitment process for all candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent in the Electrical trades sector, both commercial and industrial.
  • Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to attract the best talent.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, with a focus on Electrical trades (commercial and industrial).
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Location: Residing in Virginia or North Carolina, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Construction Industry Experience: Prior experience in recruiting for construction or similar industries is a plus.

  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of labor market trends in Virginia and North Carolina to ensure competitive hiring practices.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts.
