Job Description

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an industry-leading Senior Product Manager Technical to own the vision, development, launch and continuous improvement of ML-powered quality detection. You’ll lead product strategy and build our roadmap for Manufacturing Quality Automation. You will partner closely with hardware, software, big data, machine learning, computer vision, quality operations, vendors, and user experience teams to deliver the best experience for our internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent product management, problem solving and communication skills and be able to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. The candidate will be at ease dealing with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, be motivated by a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable thinking big and diving deep. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives while staying on top of tactical execution, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the vision, definition, and WW delivery of our quality roadmap. Use AI/ML, computer vision, and big data to to drive improved outcomes for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, science, product management, UX design, and business stakeholders, to define and execute a product roadmap to deliver upon these features and experiences.
- Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences. Write narratives, PR/FAQs, and other strategic documents.
- Work back from our customers by learning from their feedback, measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.
- Own feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure impact, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
- Up to 20% travel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
