Job Description:  We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data dashboards that provide meaningful insights into business performance. You will work with various data sources, including SQL Server, and develop reports to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.  

Key Responsibilities:   

• Design, develop, and maintain data dashboards using Power BI or other front-end technologies.  
• Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources, including SQL Server, to build comprehensive reports and visualizations.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create dashboards that support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.  
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.  
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in all reports and visualizations.  
• Support the development of ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.  

• Experience with Power BI (or similar front-end technologies such as Tableau, QlikView, etc.).  
• Proficiency in SQL Server for data extraction and manipulation.  
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and related data systems.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  

Desired Experience:  

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing setting.  
• Experience with data warehousing or ETL processes.  
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.  
• Knowledge of other data analysis tools.  

Education:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
