The ideal candidate will possess deep industry insights, exceptional negotiation skills, and a track record of closing high-impact deals that advance our strategic priorities. You will architect partnership strategies, develop comprehensive frameworks, and serve as the primary interface for vendor relationships, managing critical escalations and communications across complex organizational landscapes. We're looking for a dynamic professional with 8-10 years of progressive business development experience in healthcare or technology, demonstrating an extraordinary ability to influence senior executives and navigate intricate business environments. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or higher
