The Role:
Career Level 3 - 6 month contract with potential to extend
Hybrid - Atlanta, GA (by the Airport)- 3 days per week in office and will need to be flexible at times to come in 5 days only if requested by the client.
Our opportunity is your chance to recruit and recommend top IT Talent required in the Airline Industry. You will work with an high performing and fun team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. In this role you will be asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends and market analysis, Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market. Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager.
A Principal Senior Sourcing Specialist is a true subject matter expert in recruitment and sourcing and will confidently partner with senior stakeholders to understand even the most complex hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies which focus on finding and engaging passive talent across specialist disciplines.
