Senior General Construction Manager
Your role our team
Responsible for managing the construction site and ensuring the proper implementation of assembly work. Coordinates all construction activities among subcontractors. Communicates with and coordinates the work of construction and logistics teams with the customer and subcontractors. Oversees internal communication and coordination of all critical construction site issues concerning appointment delays, safety, layout and project planning issues, quality, and installation control. Prepares construction site documents or customizes templates to project specifications. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
Ideal candidate profile
This position requires 3 years of related construction management experience within a logistics environment. Must also have 3 years of experience with each of the following: (1) Managing all work construction sites including assembly process, time schedule, and overseeing the proper implementation of assembly work; (2) Acting as liaison between customers, contractors, Logistics, and Construction teams; (3) Developing and revising construction site plans to customers’ specifications; (4) Adhering to budgets during assembly regarding additional work, changes, or problems; and (5) Completing secondary audits of safety measures in the assembly areas. Will accept experience gained concurrently. Candidates must past a drug test before beginning employment. 100% domestic and international travel required to supervise construction job sites and attend training.
