About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Security Account Manager to lead client accounts and oversee the smooth delivery of our security services. This position is perfect for someone who is skilled at conflict resolution, has a passion for customer service, and is experienced in managing operations, staff, and schedules. Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Regularly meet with clients to assess service quality and address any issues.
Staff Management: Coordinate recruitment, training, and development of security staff, ensuring they adhere to post orders and client directives. Provide mentorship and handle staff disciplinary actions when necessary.
Operational Oversight: Develop and manage staffing schedules for accounts, ensuring labor costs are controlled while meeting client needs. Regularly inspect security staff work environments to ensure compliance with established protocols.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues, both operational and administrative, in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with leadership on legal, financial, and human resources matters.
Budget Management: Collaborate on the development and administration of account budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely reporting.
Compliance: Ensure all staff members understand and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Maintain compliance in all areas of operations, including equipment and supply management.
Additional Responsibilities: Take on various administrative duties as needed, such as payroll management, maintaining equipment inventory, and preparing reports.
Requirements

Proven experience managing a security team or security operations (minimum 3 years).
Previous supervisory experience is required (at least 1 year).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and safety devices.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Capacity to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
Ability to work on-call and weekends as necessary.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 3 years of security experience within the last 5 years.
