At Mikan Printing Corp., we deliver high-quality printing solutions through precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. We are looking for a dedicated clamshell screen printing Press Operator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
● Mix and match inks as required, maintaining color accuracy and consistency
● Operate and maintain press equipment
● Image screens
● Attention to detail i.e. determine a good from a bad print
● Be able to follow instructions and ask questions unprompted
● Maintain a clean and safe work area and machine
● Proficient at basic math skills
● Ability to use a ruler to measure in both metric and standard systems
● Helping others as needed

Physical Requirements:
● Ability to stand for extended periods
● Capacity to lift 40-50 lbs
● Push, pull, and move materials within the production area
● Stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed

Qualifications :
● Ability to read and understand written directions
● Ability to follow verbal instructions
● Proficient at basic math skills
● Strong communication skills
● Team-player
● Open to learning new tasks
