Qualifications
Required :
Familiar with IPTV (like MediaRoom) or linear Cable TV with Video on Demand (VoD) or time shifted TV (Catch up, Restart TV, nDVR) or other OTT (Over the Top) streaming apps
Familiar with traditional PSTN landline or VoIP based calling, Voicemail, call forwarding, caller ID, conference calls
