Sales Network Support Specialist

Project - Sales Network Support Specialist

• Confirm and verify data network design of sales channel's data products; manage all complex technical sales administration, pre & post-sale, of Business products such as ADI, VPN, OEW, ASE.
• Sales production with general support for team, including direct calls with prospective customers.
• Serve as general technical resource for organization.
• Development and Facilitation of Agent Technical training including new Product and Process releases as well as Technical Sales Application training via regular TSSF.
• Involved in complex feature and network design negotiations with Agents, Sales Teams and end-user customers, effectively creating and positioning available solutions to increase Business revenues, i.e. SIP overlay on existing MPLS.

Pay Range: $18 - $22/HR
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
