About the Role

We are a boutique Human Resources consulting and outsourcing firm specializing in assisting small to medium-sized businesses. Our services range from comprehensive HR outsourcing to on-call support tailored to our clients' unique needs.

How You Will Make an Impact

As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in the success of our clients and the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with clients to provide expert consultation in areas such as general HR, compliance, and recruitment, including best practices and industry trends.
Understanding each client's specific HR needs and developing creative, tailored strategies to meet them.
Assisting in policy development, employee relations, performance management, compliance auditing, and crafting job descriptions, including essential functions and qualifications.
Sourcing talent across diverse industries and verticals.
Engaging in both direct and indirect recruiting efforts, including identifying, qualifying, and presenting candidates to clients.
Utilizing social networking and networking strategies to discover top talent.
Implementing talent scouting techniques to source passive candidates.
Managing the entire recruitment process: posting job openings, handling incoming communications, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.

Your Qualifications and Experience

5+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in high-volume recruiting.
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Excellent consultative and strategic thinking skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficient interview skills and an ability to assess candidate fit through behavioral-based techniques.
Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and high professionalism.
A sense of urgency, excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in recruiting software, job boards, resume databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience in sourcing passive talent with a resourceful and creative approach.
Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is preferred.
Professional Certification in Human Resources is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online file-sharing tools such as Dropbox.
A fully equipped remote office with a video conferencing-enabled PC, monitor, smartphone, printer/scanner, and reliable high-speed internet.
