What You'll Do... As a Recruiter for Tuner Pest Control, you'll be responsible for supplying a continuous pipeline of strong candidates across currently open and future positions throughout the company. You'll work with the hiring team to review current and future needs to ensure candidates meet the needs of the various branches/departments. Chiefly, you'll review applicants within the ATS, screen potential candidates, answer questions about the role & company, coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers, and follows-up after interviews are complete. You'll build relationships with selected candidates as you move them through our hiring process by delivering offers, beginning background and drug screen procedures, and keeping in touch to answer any questions or concerns prior to their first day.

Who You Are... What does it take to be a successful Recruiter at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you'll be a natural at forming connections with people and thrive in a fast-moving environment! You'll also have...

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in skilled trades, field service, or blue-collar industries
• Bilingual ability in English & Spanish (preferred)
• Sharp sourcing skills-you know where to find great talent and how to engage them
• The ability to juggle 20+ open roles at once without missing a beat
• Proficiency with ATS tools and recruiting tech (bonus points if you're familiar with iSolved and Workday)
• Strong communication skills to sell the role and set clear expectations with candidates
• A passion for recruiting with a get-it-done, team-first attitude
• A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred)
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
