Job Description

The Quality & Process Improvement Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence through root cause analysis, quality reviews, and process optimization. Reporting to the QPI Manager, this role involves cross-functional collaboration with all levels of management, external clients, members, and regulatory auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze issues, focusing on root cause identification and resolution.
  • Perform quality reviews on documents, claims, and clinical processes.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and process flows.
  • Facilitate meetings with Business Owners and Management to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
  • Lead special quality projects with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
  • Provide resource support within the QPI department across other operational areas.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills with the ability to present findings effectively.
  • Medical and/or pharmaceutical background is highly desirable.
  • Quality Management background is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on spelling, grammar, clarity, and formatting.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and ability to work in high pressure situations and tight deadlines.
