Project Manager – Healthcare Architecture

A nationally recognized architecture firm is seeking a Project Manager with deep experience in healthcare design to join its Orlando team. This is an opportunity to lead complex healthcare projects through all phases—from planning to construction—with a focus on design quality, team leadership, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll DoLead all phases of small to mid-sized healthcare projects, ensuring coordination from concept through closeout
Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
Drive project planning, scheduling, and budgeting in collaboration with firm leadership
Oversee all technical and administrative tasks, from construction documentation to design reviews
Track project financials including invoicing, work plans, and profitability
Facilitate team communication and lead regular check-ins across disciplines
Champion client relationships and act as a strategic design advocate throughout the project lifecycle
Supervise consultants and mentor junior team members
Ensure code compliance, detailing accuracy, and alignment with healthcare-specific standards
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, including 5+ years managing healthcare projects
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex project scopes
Proficiency with healthcare codes, regulations, and best practices
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Deltek, or similar systems)
Strong communication and presentation skills in client-facing environments
