Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Operations and expertise in MS Excel.
The ideal candidate will excel in a hybrid work model, contributing to the optimization of business processes and driving impactful results.
This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and optimization of business operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Provide expert guidance on the use of MS Excel to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all business operations processes.
Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline operations.
Mentor and train junior team members on best practices in business operations and data analysis.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business operations.

Possess a deep understanding of business operations and process optimization.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
