Job Description

Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning estimation tracking time management quality management scope management risk management cost and budget management and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Scrum MS Project and Agile PLM is essential. The role is hybrid and requires no travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
  • Oversee project estimation processes to ensure accurate and realistic project timelines and budgets.
  • Provide regular project tracking updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Manage project time effectively to ensure all milestones are met on schedule.
  • Ensure project quality management processes are in place to maintain high standards of deliverables.
  • Define and manage project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks to minimize potential negative impacts on the project.
  • Oversee project cost and budget management to ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure Agile principles are followed and project progress is on track.
  • Manage project stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize MS Project to create and maintain project schedules and documentation.
  • Implement Agile PLM processes to streamline project management and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure all project deliverables align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to overall business success.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in project management.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in project planning estimation tracking time management quality management scope management risk management cost and budget management and stakeholder management.
  • Must be proficient in Scrum MS Project and Agile PLM.
  • Must have domain experience in Payer.
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Must have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
