The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in both residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service ensuring that every client receives a high standard of cleaning that meets their expectations. The House Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team utilizing effective cleaning techniques and products.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various flooring types.
• Manage housekeeping duties efficiently ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
• Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members when necessary to achieve optimal results in larger projects or during peak times.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning commercial cleaning or housekeeping is a must.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
