Production Supervisor

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Salary: $50-$75K based on experience

Hours: 3rd shift working 11pm-8am

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

As the Production Supervisor you will lead the team by maximizing safety, quality and efficiencies. This position will also be responsible for meeting daily production expectations and delivery dates.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Coordinate priorities/activities for production. Assign duties based on these priorities and the weekly production plan.

• Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, co-workers, supervisors/managers, and all other employees.

• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all ISO 9001 procedures and requirements for the Production department.

• Inspection of products to verify conformance to Quality Plan specifications and directs setup and adjustments of the machines.

• Resolves production issues or confers with the Supervisors, Plant Superintendent or Director of Manufacturing on unsettled grievances for action.

• Recommends measure to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

• Involved in employee performance review process and employee discipline as needed.

Skills/Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Will be subject to pre-employment screenings.
