Job Description

Start your new career as a Production Supervisor with MAU at our client in Pendleton, SC. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the materials and production management functions relating to planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products to meet shift objectives.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma, including or supplemented by vocational training
3+ years of employment in a manufacturing environment
Comprehensive knowledge of product production
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal skills

What You’ll Do as a Production Supervisor

Provide direct supervision over an assigned shift
Oversee and ensure proper production planning and scheduling are carried out during the assigned shit
Monitor and address activities to prevent deviations from production schedules
Balance the level of labor cost and machine requirements during assigned shift
Responsible for the motivation and development of subordinates to optimize their performance and personal growth
Oversee routine housekeeping as required
Assist in related department activities and perform related tasks
Perform other tasks as assigned
