Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate CNC machine operators and technicians.

• Assign tasks based on production schedules and priorities.

• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.

• Conduct performance evaluations and address employee concerns

• Plan and oversee CNC machining schedules to meet production deadlines.

• Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to maintain efficiency.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, and maintenance) to optimize processes.

• Monitor CNC machines for proper operation and performance.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Work with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and upgrades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.

Salary info:

$27 - $28 / hr
