Position Overview

We are looking for a Platform Expansion Product Manager to lead the integration of new ad channels into our offering. In this role, you will work closely with Account Strategy, Business Development, and Media Operations to define and execute the roadmap for expanding our platform's capabilities. This expansion is a key driver of our 2025 growth strategy, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring its success.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on product manager who can dive deep with engineers while also thinking strategically about business impact. You have experience managing integrations, working directly with partners, and overseeing large-scale product rollouts across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Product Development: Define and document product features through wireframes, specifications, and requirements.
Integration Management: Review partner API documentation, conduct gap analyses, and identify new opportunities within the ad tech space.
Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and key stakeholders to ensure timely development and implementation of new features.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to roll out new capabilities, provide training, and drive adoption.
Roadmap Ownership: Support and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Quality Assurance: Ensure new integrations meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
Product Support: Manage platform integration support and troubleshoot related product issues.
What to Expect in Your First 90 Days

Month 1 - Getting Started

Shadow product team members to understand daily workflows.
Learn our software, tools, and business processes through training and hands-on experience.
Obtain certifications in key advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon, DV360).

Month 2 - Hands-On Work

Collaborate with product and engineering teams on platform integrations.
Take ownership of live integration support requests.
Deepen your understanding of advanced advertising concepts and our market differentiation.

Month 3 - Taking Ownership

Work with product leadership to manage the platform expansion backlog.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software and integration product management.
Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams.
Strong ability to review and analyze API documentation.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional product rollouts.
Excellent communication skills to translate user needs into technical solutions.
Detail-oriented with an instinct for intuitive user experiences.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
Ad tech experience or digital advertising knowledge is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience with wireframing and design tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Miro).

Compensation

The expected annual base salary for this role is $130,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and location. This is just one component of our total compensation package, which includes equity and variable pay.
