Sacramento Waldorf School is seeking a dynamic Whole School Administrator (WSA) to lead our school in achieving its mission and vision. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership and operational oversight to deliver exceptional programs grounded in Anthroposophical principles and contemporary Waldorf education. The WSA will serve as a crucial liaison among the Board of Trustees (BOT), administration, College of Teachers, and the broader school community, working collaboratively with the BOT on policy formation and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include leading and inspiring personnel, overseeing budgeting and financial planning for fiscal stability, fostering effective communication, and representing the school in official and community capacities. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, business management and personnel management skills, along with a collaborative spirit to uphold the school’s values, commitment to equity, and support the school’s vision and ongoing success.
