Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool or Elementary School Teacher / Educator to join a passionate team focused on fostering education excellence. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with our partners in Tampa and the surrounding areas, ensuring their success from onboarding to ongoing support. This is a remote role that requires occasional visits to partners and clients in Tampa, including some evenings and weekends to accommodate their schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners in the Tampa area.
Be the go-to contact for partner needs, questions, and concerns.
Conduct regular check-ins with partners to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and ensure successful partnerships.
Develop and implement a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
Lead and execute a strategy that aligns with organizational goals and enhances partner success.
Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth with partners.
Provide tailored training and resources to partners to help them succeed with our services.
Serve as the main liaison between partners and internal teams, resolving any issues that arise quickly.
Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Create detailed reports to track and measure partner success.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach with partners.
Support customer service efforts, assisting with issue resolution across the customer base.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, ideally within a public school setting.
Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is preferred.
Strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with a resilient attitude in the face of challenges.
A genuine advocate for early childhood education.
Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills—partners will love working with you!
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and apply partner data to drive success.
Highly organized and excited to explore new project management tools and techniques.
Comfortable making outreach calls to engage teachers and providers.
Willingness to travel for events and weekend engagements as needed.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Tampa, with a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 USD, plus bonus and stock options. Total compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
