The Veatch lab focuses on strategies of enhancing tumor specific T cell responses in cancer patients and mouse models, with a focus on CD4 T cells that orchestrate the immune responses of CD8 T cells, B cells and myeloid cells, with the goal of developing strategies to activate the tumor immune microenvironment that can be readily translated into the clinic.
