We are seeking a dedicated Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and optimizing processes to meet company goals.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
· Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
· Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and drive operational excellence.
· Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Manage plant budgets, including labor, materials, and capital expenditures.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in plant management or similar leadership roles in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong knowledge of quality control processes and operational management practices.
· Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies is preferred.
· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
· Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
· Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
· Experience in plant management, manufacturing, or operations leadership.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
