Avant Tech is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (Licensed PT & PTA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients of various ages and conditions, assessing their physical abilities and designing personalized rehabilitation programs to help them regain or improve their mobility. You will be responsible for implementing treatment plans that align with the latest contemporary methods while also providing education and support to patients and their families regarding their treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to understand their rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Utilize various therapeutic exercises and modalities in patient treatment
• Monitor, record, and report on patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on the principles of physical therapy and the importance of following the treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
• Stay updated on latest physical therapy practices and methodologies

• Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday)

Position Summary

Avant Tech is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and deliver exceptional rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for sports rehabilitation, injury recovery, and assisting clients in reaching their highest performance levels.

Main Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and craft customized treatment plans for clients who are recovering from injuries or aiming to enhance their performance.
• Implement advanced rehabilitation methods, sports therapy techniques, and state-of-the-art technology to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with professional athletes and active individuals to prevent injuries and optimize performance.
• Instruct clients on effective techniques, recovery plans, and injury prevention strategies.
• Work alongside a team of sports recovery experts to provide holistic care.
• Keep accurate documentation of patient records and development reports.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Georgia (NPTE and GJE necessary)
• Possess a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited institution, OR an Associate Degree in PTA
• Experience in sports rehabilitation or working with athletes is advantageous
• In-depth understanding of rehabilitation techniques, manual therapy, and exercise prescription
• Genuine passion for assisting clients in regaining strength and preventing injuries
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance setting
