• 84 months of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
• 84 months of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
• 84 months of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.
• 84 months of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration.
• 84 months of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
• 84 months of experience developing and maintaining documentation for data conversion processes and procedures to ensuring clarity and consistency.
• 84 months of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
• Oracle PeopleSoft Certification
• Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems.
