Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a Pathologists Assistant to join the pathology testing team at a hospital near Grafton, ND. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development among the bench testing personnel.
This position is a 40 hour work week, done in five, eight-hour shifts on the day shift. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for benefits working Monday through Friday with no weekends

Essential Functions:
-Dictates complete and accurate gross description.
-Performs frozen sections and maintains the cryostats
-Performs surgical specimen dissection on simple to complex specimens and provides quality material for routine histology studies and other specialized tests as required
-Disposes of tissues and reagents according to standard operating procedures
-Performs and documents quality control
-Performs routine and preventive maintenance processes according to standard operating procedures
Basic Preferred Profile:
- PA(ASCP) within 1 year from hire date
- Bachelor's degree
- Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Pathologists’ Assistant program
