Job Title: Medical Receptionist Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hr DOE Location: Englewood, CO Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:40a - 4:30p - scheduling varies depending on patient schedules Position type: Evaluation Hire A medical office located Englewood, CO is now hiring for a Front Office Coordinator to support the front-end of an established operation. This qualified candidate will perform daily check-in procedures, answer phones, schedule patients appointments and other data entry/clerical responsibilities. A successful candidate will have prior experience in a medical receptionist/front desk role with great customer service and organizational skills. This person must also have the ability to navigate and work on computers while maintaining patient confidentiality. Duties: Answering phones and scheduling appointments through Moler software (will train) Outbound calls to schedule patient referrals Paperwork, scanning, emailing and correspondence internal and throughout medical networks Check- in patients/clients for appointments Other clerical/administrative duties as assigned Open to other directives as needed Requirements: Multi tasking ability to ensure patients are properly greeted an set up with paperwork while answering phones Excellent problem solving skills Able to ask questions openly to be sure to understand processes and procedures General computer skills with the ability to accurately enter data into system and navigate computer systems Great phone voice and positive attitude How to apply: If you are qualified and interested please contact Express for immediate consideration!
