RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Assemblers to join our team at Deer Park, TX 77536 . If you are qualified and interested, APPLY NOW!

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm (Saturday & Sunday as needed) 

Pay rate: $25/hr. on W2

  Duration: 12-month contract (Potential renewal) 



Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise assembly work efforts.
• Locate, use, and comprehend manufacturer installation and operation manuals 
• Perform inspection to identify necessary corrective action as authorized 
• Perform PMI 
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot valves and other equipment per applicable codes and standards per manufacturer and/or customer requirements all new valves 
• Install instrumentation/accessories as necessary 
• Operate diagnostic equipment (i.e. Valscope, profiler, etc.) 
• Perform calibration of measurement equipment in accordance with internal quality procedures 
• Measure and record critical dimensions per manufacturer specifications 
• All additional job responsibilities of a Control Valve Technician I 

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

• Experience working with valves and actuators is essential.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
