We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our client's team and assist in developing marketing strategies and content that enable sales and drive revenue within various market segments. This role will focus on creating differentiated value propositions and content to support the selling of wireless infrastructure solutions. You will also help define go-to-market strategies and drive product launches to increase mindshare, market share, and revenue.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned infrastructure solutions, industries, and customer segments.
Collaborate with Sales to create strategic, persona-based marketing plans that align with sales objectives.
Work closely with sales teams to gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and ensure materials are compelling and differentiated.
Conduct customer interviews to understand their journey, pain points, and opportunities.
Develop value propositions and content such as sales enablement tools, case studies, blogs, presentations, infographics, and web content.
Manage the marketing development process, including writing creative briefs, briefing internal/external teams, and overseeing timelines.
Partner with the Digital Marketing team to create content for events, webinars, digital marketing activities, and advertising campaigns.
Measure and report on campaign success, optimizing approaches based on analytics.

Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
7–10 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Experience in wireless or telecom industries (e.g., cellular, mobile edge compute, data centers) and B2B marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work across different teams and levels of the organization.
Ability to translate technical and solution-related information into compelling customer-facing value propositions.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with marketing in the telecom or wireless industries.
Knowledge of the sales enablement process and tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and web analytics.
Strong project management skills.
