About the Role

As a Marketing Manager , you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our operations, culinary, and creative teams to enhance our brand’s presence and attract new guests. Hospitality experience is required , and Korean language skills are a plus for engaging with our diverse audience and potential international partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Work with designers and content creators to develop promotional materials and assets.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts, including influencer outreach and media placements.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and partnerships.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage sector).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
  • Experience with paid media, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative campaigns.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus , but not required.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and guest experiences.
