The target salary range for this role is $70k - $75k based on skills and experience.

The ideal candidate must reside in California, be willing to travel to Vine's San Jose office and restaurants as needed for meetings and operational needs. This will be a Hybrid Position.

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives across our family of restaurants. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to various marketing campaigns, assist in content creation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence.​

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
• Manage and update content across various platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email newsletters.
• Curate video and photographs for social media, media, and print promotion across all Vine Hospitality locations.
• Engage with social media activity to build and expand current following and reach.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other vendors to produce marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support event planning and execution, including promotional events and community engagements.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
  
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field or relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in G Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media management tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for the hospitality industry.​
