About MAASS:

MAASS is more than just a restaurant—it’s a destination for culinary excellence, creativity, and hospitality. We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and excitement for what we do. This role is about more than just social media posts and press releases—it’s about storytelling, building relationships, and making sure every touchpoint with our guests and partners reflects who we are.

What You’ll Do: Lead Our Brand & Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with business goals and position MAASS as a premier dining experience.
  • Ensure our branding, messaging, and visuals stay consistent and reflect the essence of MAASS.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new guests while keeping our loyal diners engaged.
Be the Key Liaison Between MAASS & Four Seasons
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between MAASS and the Four Seasons team.
  • Work closely with their marketing and guest relations teams to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and promotional efforts.
  • Coordinate internal and external initiatives to maximize exposure and collaboration between the restaurant and the hotel.
Oversee PR & Communications
  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to secure press coverage and drive awareness.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and guest-facing communications that tell our story.
  • Manage crisis communication strategies and reputation management across online platforms.
Manage Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Create and oversee a content calendar that highlights events, menu updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and partnerships.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring engagement with guests and responding to comments/messages in a timely manner.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure high-quality visuals that match our brand.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including guest newsletters and VIP communications.
Drive Guest Engagement & Community Connection
  • Develop marketing initiatives to enhance guest loyalty and bring new diners through the door.
  • Monitor guest reviews and feedback on platforms like Google, Yelp, and OpenTable, ensuring we’re proactive in responding and improving.
  • Partner with local businesses, influencers, and brands to create unique collaborations and experiences.
Support Event Marketing & Partnerships
  • Work alongside the culinary and bar teams to market special events, limited-time menus, and unique activations.
  • Lead the marketing efforts for private dining experiences and ticketed events.
  • Collaborate with Four Seasons and external partners to enhance exposure and event success.
Track Performance & Adjust Strategy
  • Monitor the success of marketing efforts through analytics, guest feedback, and business trends.
  • Provide reports on key marketing metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor marketing strategies.
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
  • A natural storyteller with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experienced in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Able to collaborate across teams while also working independently to get things done.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a dynamic team at one of the most exciting restaurants in the city.
  • Enjoy dining perks and industry connections.
  • Work in a creative, fast-paced environment where your ideas and contributions matter.
