Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Natrona Heights, PA (on-site)

Salary : $75k-$110k (DOE) with full benefits

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and ensure product quality. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and integrate new technologies.

What you will be doing:

• Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement Lean methodologies.
• Utilize Six Sigma tools to drive process optimization and reduce variability.
• Create and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

You should know most of the following:

• Lean Six Sigma
• 5s, Continuous Improvement
• Solidworks, AutoCAD
