Job Description

Our client (in the ultra luxury hospitality and travel space), is hiring a Digital Media Marketing Manager. The Manager of Digital Media Marketing will play a key role in advancing digital paid media efforts to enhance brand awareness, drive acquisition, and support retargeting strategies across various digital platforms. This position involves collaborating with agencies, monitoring and analyzing paid media campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and maximizing marketing ROI throughout the entire funnel.

  • FTE Role, Hybrid (2 days, Tuesday + Thursday) in Fort Lauderdale

Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning & Execution: Support the development and implementation of media strategies across channels such as Paid Search, Social, Display, Programmatic TV, Digital OOH, and more.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the end-to-end process for media campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting to achieve acquisition and engagement objectives.
  • Audience Strategy: Design and enhance audience segmentation approaches using first-party, third-party, and in-market data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Growth, Digital Experience, Creative, Email Marketing, Partnerships, and Analytics to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance across channels like SEM, display, and social, turning data into actionable insights to shape strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting ROI, campaign effectiveness, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Agency & Partner Coordination: Oversee relationships with external agencies, manage RFP processes, and build partnerships with key tech and media vendors.
  • Optimization & Testing: Lead experimentation initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ad Tech Integration: Collaborate with IT and MarTech teams to implement tools like ad servers, attribution platforms, and DMP/CDP systems.
  • Market Insights: Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to inform and refine media investment strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a performance or growth marketing role, with a proven ability to manage and optimize digital paid media campaigns effectively.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing and paid media, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or leisure industries for 5+ years.
  • Hands-on experience creating landing pages, optimizing SEO, and running social media and display ad campaigns.
  • Expertise in refining landing pages to drive higher conversion rates and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and reporting tools to guide strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with advertising technologies such as ad servers, DSPs, and DMPs/CDPs, and experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a bonus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Functional knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Tableau is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics is considered an advantage.
