Join a leading global manufacturer with over 65 years of complex plastic injection molding expertise. We're seeking a skilled Senior Machine Maintenance Technician for our premier manufacturing plant in Royalton, Vermont. This role is crucial in maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment and ensuring smooth operations.

Choice of shifts: Friday-Monday 10-hour shifts or Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

This employer is 20 minutes North of White River Junction, off 89 Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems, including PLC programming
• Conduct robot programming and implement new programs from equipment suppliers
• Manage control wiring for automation projects
• Update and document machine changes
• Maintain parts inventory and support manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of injection molding machine mechanical experience
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Industrial equipment background
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Valid VT Driver's License with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed
• Personal set of general mechanic's tools
